Please try to schedule a day that your animal is old enough for rabies.Must be at least 3 months old. |

Non-4-H Member Health Certificate $80
Rabies Vaccine $6/animal
Cattle Shipping Fever Vaccine $3/animal
Cattle BVD $12 each + Lab Accession Fee $8 (per group)

You must reside or show in the counties listed above – if you are out of this area additional charges apply, call our office for more information.
- Prices valid ONLY on Fair Day, other days are subject to regular fees
- Animals that are not caught or ready, as well as paperwork not in order will be subject to regular fees
Papers
WILL NOT be issued unless
FULL payment is received at the time of service.
- There are a limited number of slots that will be filled on a “first come first serve” basis.
- When scheduling, please give a phone number where you can be reached on Fair Day and the address of where the animals are located.
- Animals MUST be TIED UP and identified and all paperwork in order.
- Someone that can handle the animals MUST be present. Animals or paperwork not organized will be subject to regular fees.
- We cannot stress this enough – DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE on the actual fair day to see when we will be there; we will call throughout the day with an estimate of our arrival time. Do not schedule if you are unable to be present when we come. No acceptions – make plans now to be sure someone is available ALL day to be there when we arrive.
- NO ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE DONE ON FAIR DAY – ONLY DIRECTLY PERTAINING TO WHAT IS NEEDED FOR FAIR PAPERS.
- The certificate is valid for all additional fairs during the 2025 fair season in NYS.
- Please note if your tag (or even part of your tag) falls out or gets damaged you need to contact us ASAP to get a new paper!
Identification REQUIREMENTS FOR 2025 FAIR:
All cattle and pigs
MUST have USDA approved official ear tags:
- 15 digit RFID tags starting with ONLY 840 (ex. 840 123 456 789 012) – This is the only tag allowed now – YOU MUST GET YOUR OWN TAGS AND HAVE YOUR ANIMAL TAGGED WHEN WE COME.
Sheep and goats are required to have a scrapie tag or official registration tattoo
- TATTOOS MUST BE LEGIBLE AND MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL, NO INK STILL ON IT!
- There are new Scrapie tag forms available – e-mail atticavettech@yahoo.com for one or check with NYS Ag & Markets.
